Our Owner-Operators are truly among the best paid in the industry. Our complete Owner-Operator Package consistently produces a Fleet Average above $1.70 on all miles. Individual earnings ranged from $185,000 to OVER $195,000 annually. Top earner over $219,000. Here's how:

Annual Bonus
The Annual Bonus Program is based on all dispatched miles over 65,000 miles (empty or loaded)
during each 12-month* period.
*12 months is based on your hiring date/anniversary, not calendar year
The subsequent increases in this bonus and the year of effect are as follows:
